Below are the computed scores of Miss Mesoamerica Internacional 2019 that will be added to the scores of "2019 Country of the Year" (COY). The representatives from Riviera Maya (for Miss) & Paraguay (for Teen) who were crowned last October 12, 2019 in San Salvador, El Salvador garnered 35 and 34 points respectively.
