Below are the computed scores of Miss & Miss Teen Mesoamerica Universe 2020 that will be added to the scores of "2020 Country of the Year" (COY). The representatives from Paraguay & Mexico who was crowned last February 9, 2020 in Guatemala garnered 17.6 and 15.6 points respectively.
