Miss ECO Teen International is an international beauty contest, aiming to empower youth, create self-awareness and make an impact, all under an environmental theme. In 2019, 25 teen candidates competed in the first edition of Miss Eco Teen which was held in Cairo, Egypt with Miss Teen Brazil Maria Eduarda Valotto winning the crown but stepped down of her title. Miss Teen Portugal Beatriz Mota replaces her and Miss Teen Egypt promoted as her runner-up.
