Below are the ranking of pageants (Miss & Miss Teen categories) held in 2021 according to the number of participating countries or territories.
As of December 28, Miss Earth 2021 pageant holds the most number of participating delegates for the year 2021 despite being held virtually. It is followed by the 70th Miss Universe pageant which is the most watched live telecast pageant in 2021.Sprouting and making online noise this year (not because of controversial) were Miss Intercontinental and Miss Globe which also had high number of delegates. Meanwhile, Miss Supranational which is part of the Big 5 pageants ranked 6th with 58 candidates.
