Before the coronation night of Reinado Internacional del Café 2023 in Colombia, some subsidiary titles were given during the pre-pageant activities in Manizales.
Agata Hanna Wdowiak who represented Poland was crowned Reina de la Policía last January 4 at the Escuela de Carabineros Alejandro Gutiérrez. Her virreina is Cassandre Jacques from Haiti and making it to the final five were Valentine Le Corre of France, Lisandra Maria Chirinos Guillen of Venezuela and Isabella Bermudez Nieto of Colombia who eventually who the title of Reinado Internacional del Café 2023.
On January 6, the 26 candidates visited the the sectors of Laguna Negra, Brisas, Arenales and Valle de las Tumbas of the Nevado del Ruiz Volcano where Miss Philippines Paula Ortega was elected as Reina de la Conservación y la Biodiversidad de Parques Nacionales Naturales de Colombia.
