Cassandra Havana Serdan from the Philippines was crowned Miss International Trans 2023 held in Antwerp, Belgium last September 23, 2023. She bested 9 other candidates who competed in its 4th edition. Meanwhile, the 5th edition is said to be held in Mexico on October 12 this year.
