With 228 countries and territories, Philippines and Venezuela are still the top 2 countries with most crowns/titles in international pageants for the Year 2023. In 2022, they occupied the top spots with Philippines having 13 titles while Venezuela with 5 crowns.
This year, Puerto Rico dethroned Vietnam for 3rd place with 5 pageant titles in 2023.
