With combined scores (according to our system) from Major and minor pageants, Philippines bested 217 countries/territories to claim the "2023 Country of the Year". This is Philippines' 9th time of being Country of the Year since we started it in 2012. The other countries that took this title (Country of Year) are United States in 2014 and Mexico in 2021.
